Unknown Ambitions is a small independent studio making three games: Hearthbound, a simulation-driven RPG with an AI narrative interface that runs entirely on your own computer; Grim Saga Mini, a pixel-art kingdom simulation where thirty thousand people live their own lives; and Grim Saga, the dark-fantasy open world the other two grew out of.
This site is where development happens in the open. Each game page lists its features with a progress bar, and the bars move as work lands. Nothing is marked finished until it works in the real game and a test proves it.
